Rohan Builders Wins Best CSR Initiative at National CREDAI Awards 2025
20 January 2026
We are excited to share a milestone that truly means a lot to us. Rohan Builders has been awarded the 1st Prize for Best CSR Initiative at the National CREDAI Awards for Real Estate Excellence 2025. The recognition was presented on 19th December 2025 at an exclusive ceremony that saw participation from over 1,000 developers across the country. The evaluation and selection process was conducted through an independent assessment by CRISIL, appointed by CREDAI for the awards.
For us, this isn’t just another industry accolade. It is a moment where we get to talk about who we are beyond building and selling homes. It gives us an opportunity to share the side of Rohan Builders that works with communities, people, dignity, and opportunity—quietly and consistently.
What Makes This Recognition Special
The CREDAI Awards are among the most respected recognitions in the Indian real estate sector, celebrating excellence that goes beyond business performance. Winning the Best CSR Initiative award allows us to highlight something deeply integral to our purpose:
Real estate isn’t only about creating spaces; it’s about creating possibilities for people and communities.
This recognition gives us the platform to share that journey.
The Initiatives That Made a Difference
1. Holistic Development of the Katkari Adivasi Community, Mulshi
Our engagement with the Katkari Adivasi community focuses on long-term, sustainable transformation. Through initiatives in education, healthcare, housing, livelihoods, and governance support, we aim to empower the community to build a confident and self-reliant future.
2. Invisible Ones
Behind every building stands a workforce that often remains unseen.
Invisible Ones is our effort to bring dignity, safety, healthcare, and improved living conditions to construction workers. This initiative places people at the centre, ensuring that those who build with us are supported and respected.
3. Rohan Skill Development Centre, Wagholi
The Rohan Skill Development Centre focuses on nurturing professional and technical capabilities among construction workers and young civil engineers. By equipping them with specialised training, we help open new avenues of growth and address skill requirements in the industry.
4. Ek Muthi Anaj
Ek Muthi Anaj is a simple idea with meaningful impact. By encouraging residential communities to contribute food that is distributed to underprivileged families, the initiative not only addresses hunger but also strengthens community participation and shared responsibility.
A Collective Achievement
This recognition reflects the contribution of every team member at Rohan Builders, along with our esteemed customers, partners, collaborators, and community stakeholders. It celebrates the shared spirit of responsibility and care that drives these initiatives.
Looking Ahead
This achievement strengthens our resolve to deepen our engagement with communities and expand the scope and scale of our initiatives. We remain committed to building value not just through infrastructure, but through trust, opportunity, and positive social impact.
Conclusion
Winning the Best CSR Initiative award at the National CREDAI Awards 2025 is a fulfilled moment for us and a meaningful reaffirmation of what we stand for. At Rohan Builders, great living is not only engineered in the spaces we create—it is nurtured in the communities we support and the lives we strive to uplift.
